This leadership role oversees care delivery across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.About the RoleThis leadership role oversees care delivery across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and oversee nursing services across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home programsPlan, implement, and evaluate clinical programs to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory complianceBuild and maintain an effective organizational structure within the nursing departmentCollaborate with department leaders to support smooth level-of-care transitions and overall community operationsMonitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiativesSupport budget development, expense forecasting, and cost-control strategiesEnsure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulationsFoster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on resident-centered careQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan (required)Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)3+ years of leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursingExperience overseeing Assisted Living, Memory Care and/or Skilled Nursing strongly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsRequired SkillsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of MichiganStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
