In this role, you’ll apply your knowledge of audit guidelines and state-specific rules to evaluate completed audits, determine outcomes, and provide mentoring and feedback to support auditor development. We’re committed to hiring individuals who engage in our amazing culture and embrace our Core Values: Commitment to Community, Teamwork, Passion for Excellence, Service-Centric, and Best Self.All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.In This Role, You Will...Review and validate Workers’ Compensation and General Liability audits for accuracy, compliance, and consistency.Achieve individual productivity targets based on audit volume and timelinessIdentify auditor trends or recurring issues and share insights to inform training adjustmentsMaintain accountability for accurate and timely audit reviewsApply manual rules and state-specific standards (e.g., WCIRB, PAAS) using internal systems such as Nexus and the resource libraryProvide constructive feedback and mentoring to auditors to reduce repeat errors and support professional growthManage assigned audit queues, meet production goals, and complete urgent or overflow reviews as neededCollaborate with Field Support, QA, and leadership teams to identify training opportunities and support continuous process improvementPromote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive, solution-oriented cultureWhat You Need To Be Successful...High School diploma or equivalent1-2 years of premium insuranceaudit experience in Worker's Compensation and/or General Liability requiredWCIRB Certification preferredA strong understanding of premium audit processes and proceduresWorking knowledge of PAAS, NCCI, WCIRB, and Nexus (Preferred)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS OfficeAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks; detail-oriented and accuratePositive and proactive attitudeFlexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.A strong understanding of audit processes and proceduresYour Compensation...Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $19.63-$33.13 per hour.
