Your job is to build. You will identify and develop relationships with real estate agents, attorneys, and lenders, grow a referral network that produces consistent closed business, and represent AllTech in the San Antonio market as the face of the brand. You choose your clients. You build your territory. You own your schedule. QualificationsExisting relationships with agents, attorneys, or lenders in the San Antonio marketProven track record of building and closing deals Strong communication and follow-through — you do what you say you will doSelf-directed and comfortable working without someone looking over your shoulderEscrow experience increases your salary potential CRM discipline — you log activity, you track pipeline, you know your numbersCommission is uncapped.
