Primary Care Physician Assistant ? Edinburg, Texas (New Grads Welcome) Clinical Role: Permanent position with flexible scheduling (PRN, part-time, or full-time) Open to new graduate Physician Assistants ? must be board certified Bilingual in Spanish is required Work hours: 8 AM?5 PM or 11 AM?8 PM; Saturday shifts (8 AM?2 PM) optional Role involves: Initial evaluation after injuries or accidents Referrals for diagnostics and to specialists (including pain management) Reviewing test results Minimal prescribing (no opioids; very few controlled substances) EMR system used Clinical setting affiliated with an interventional pain management organization Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $120K?$130K (dependent on experience/qualifications) Monthly bonuses for performance and leadership 2 weeks paid vacation CME support provided annually Comprehensive onboarding with a 2?4 week training program About the Organization: Physician-owned interventional pain practice Strong emphasis on standardized procedures and training Collaborative and accountable team culture
