As a Caregiver at Varta’s Place, you will assist clients with day-to-day tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will also provide companionship, support their emotional well-being, and promote their independence. The role requires maintaining clear documentation and ensuring the safety and comfort of the individuals under your care. Qualifications Experience in providing personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressingSkills in meal preparation and light housekeepingBasic understanding of medication reminders and health monitoringStrong communication and interpersonal skills for providing companionship and emotional supportAbility to follow care plans and document activities accuratelyCPR and First Aid certification is highly preferredPhysical ability to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting and mobility assistanceA compassionate, patient, and empathetic dispositionHigh school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus
