COLSA Corporation is seeking an Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting Team in Huntsville, AL!This Role Will IncludePreparing month end journal entriesConducting complex monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenancePreparing monthly financial reportsPreparing monthly facilities allocation reportProcessing and reconciling the statement of indirect expenses and related analysis reportsPreparing daily cash management reports and research positive pay transactionsPreparing annual incurred cost submissionPreparing complex 3-year projected budgets annuallyRevenue reconciliation and reportingMonth-end and year-end financial closeProjected revenue and financialsManage operating lease scheduleAssisting higher level accountants with accounting assignmentsMust pay exceptional attention to detail, maintain accurate/detailed financial records and be highly organizedMust be able to work successfully and meet deadlines under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workloadPeriodic overtime (evenings and weekends), as necessary, is required for this positionAt COLSA, people are our most valuable resource and centered at our core value.
