What You’ll Do
In this hands-on, high-impact role, you’ll be at the center of quality assurance and continuous improvement:
Own product quality at the final stage by serving as the Designated Quality Representative (DSQR), ensuring all customer specifications are met before shipment
Investigate and solve quality issues by leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions for internal and external non-conformances
Partner across teams (Quality, Engineering, and Production) to improve processes and prevent future defects
Support supplier quality by communicating issues and ensuring accountability and resolution
Inspect precision castings using measurement tools and hands-on techniques like benching and blending
Navigate customer systems and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in quality or related field preferred
3-5+ years of Quality Assurance experience (manufacturing preferred), including inspections and audits
Experience or ability to obtain AS13001 / DSQR certification
Document control experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Confidence working hands-on with tools and measurement equipment
