Position Overview:If you’ve led high-volume sales teams in solar or home services and know how to turn warm leads into revenue, this is your seat.At 3 Day Blinds, our Inside Sales team owns the close. As Manager, you’ll lead a performance-driven call center team focused on converting opportunities, maximizing pipeline, and driving revenue.What you'll do:Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales reps to consistently hit and exceed revenue targetsSet the tone for a high-performance culture centered on accountability, urgency, and winningOwn and manage core KPIs: conversion rate, close rate, speed-to-lead, call activity, and follow-up executionMonitor calls, provide real-time coaching, and uplevel objection handling and closing techniquesDrive disciplined pipeline management through Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking, follow-up, and forecastingIdentify gaps in the funnel and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and recoveryOptimize scripts, talk tracks, and multi-touch cadences (calls, texts, email) to maximize close ratesPartner with Marketing to improve lead quality and with Field teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer experienceAnalyze performance data, build action plans, and report on team and individual resultsManage scheduling, staffing, and daily operations to maintain productivity and service levelsWho you are:5+ years leading inside sales or call center sales teamsProven success in solar, home services, or high-volume B2C sales environmentsStrong track record of improving conversion, close rates, and revenueHands-on experience coaching reps on objection handling and closingExperience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage pipeline and performanceData-driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionNice to have:Experience scaling or rebuilding a sales team or processBackground in lead recovery or rehash campaignsFamiliarity with dialers, call center tech, or workforce management toolsExperience partnering closely with field sales teamsExposure to financing sales or high-ticket transactionsWhat's in it for you?Annual base salary range: $120,000 - $130,000Bonus target range: 25% - 35%Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disabilityA company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growthPaid time off and paid parental leave 401(k) plan with employer matchWellness programs and product discountsPlease note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential.Hunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
