This individual is comfortable in a hands-on, technically focused leadership role, capable of both strategic oversight and day-to-day problem solving.If you're someone who thrives in an environment where safety, precision, and performance matter-and you enjoy being a key contributor to both operations and team success-this could be a strong next step for you!Key Responsibilities:-Overseeing engineering and technical services supporting power generation operations-Lead and manage chemistry and water treatment programs, to ensure regulatory compliances and system reliability-Collaborate with operations, maintenenace, and leadership teams-Drive continous improvement initiatives related to performance, safety, and cost efficiencyQualifications:-5-7 years of experience in chemistry and water treatment, within a power plant or municipal utility setting-Bachelor's degree in Engineering required-Advanced knowledge of water treatment systems, chemistry control, and regulatory compliance-Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across departments-Leadership experienceThis role is located in SouthEastern Montana, offering an exceptional quality of life for outdoor enthusiasts, including access to fishing, hunting, hiking, golfing, ATV riding, and more.
