This position offers a blend of quality assurance, field engineering support, operational coordination, and product testing within a fast-paced environment.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain broad exposure across engineering, operations, and chemical services while working closely with field teams and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Quality ControlReview Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and validate incoming chemicals against specificationsConduct compatibility testing and product validation proceduresCollect and manage field samples from operational sitesSupport ongoing R&D initiatives and chemical formulation testingMaintain accurate inventory and testing recordsOperations & DocumentationCreate, manage, and close out job packets for frac and acid operationsUpload and organize operational field data and signed documentationCoordinate documentation flow with accounting and operations teamsAssist with SDS management, BOL preparation, and asset trackingField & Engineering SupportProvide backup engineering support for field operations as neededSupport operator training and compliance initiativesTrack operational KPIs and reporting metricsAssist with troubleshooting and operational process improvementsQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related fieldStrong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license with willingness to travel to field locations as neededPreferredExperience within oilfield chemicals, completions, frac, or acid operationsFamiliarity with QA/QC testing procedures and chemical handlingExperience with inventory or project management systems such as Monday.comPrior exposure to field engineering or operational support environments
