Senior Vice President / Business Unit Leader Dayton, OHHybrid (Onsite leadership presence expected)What You’ll Do:Relate Search has partnered with a leading organization in the safety and protective solutions space in their search for a Senior Vice President / Business Unit Leader to lead their Training Solutions & Total Care business unit. This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for driving significant growth, operational excellence, and brand expansion as part of a broader enterprise strategy.This leader will own full P&L responsibility while partnering cross-functionally to scale the business, enhance customer engagement, and build a high-performing, people-first culture.
