Position OverviewOur Fortune 100 Telecommunications client is looking to add a Cybersecurity Engineer to their team. This role will focus heavily on Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy, governance, and automation.You’ll join a growing security organization responsible for protecting enterprise systems through strong access controls, IAM policy enforcement, and privileged access management.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support IAM and access management solutions across enterprise platformsDevelop and enforce IAM policies, governance frameworks, and access controlsAdminister and support privileged access management solutions, including CyberArkWork with internal teams to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirementsSupport automation and testing of IAM workflows and access controlsPartner with application, infrastructure, and cloud teams to secure identities and access in hybrid Required Qualifications5–8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a strong focus on Identity & Access ManagementHands-on experience with:CyberArkSailPointIAM technologies and access governanceSelenium (for automation/testing use cases)Strong understanding of access management concepts, RBAC, least privilege, and security governancePreferred QualificationsPrior experience in the financial sector or highly regulated environmentsVeteran status strongly welcomedExposure to cloud security, including:AzureSASDASKT or similar data/security platformsAdditional Details:Location: Charlotte, NC Fully Onsite (North Charlotte)6-12 month W2 contract (with potential for extension or conversion)W2 Only - We are unable to provide sponsorship currently (US Citizen & GC holder only)Eight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
