Senior Sales Manager / Senior Business Development Manager – USA Distribution TransformersWe are hiring for a fast-growing transformer manufacturer with approx. USD 13 billion annual revenue, headquartered in China, currently building its U.S. business from 0 to 1.The role is responsible for leading U.S. market entry and expansion for distribution transformers, focusing on utility companies, EPC contractors, and distributors.Key responsibilities:Develop and execute U.S. go-to-market strategy for distribution transformersBuild and manage relationships with U.S. power utilities, EPCs, and distributorsLead end-to-end sales process including RFQ/RFP, technical-commercial negotiation, and contract closingDrive market development, pricing strategy, and customer acquisition in a 0–1 setupProvide market intelligence on U.S. utility sector, regulations, and competitive landscapeRequirements:Must have solid experience in transformer sales (distribution or power transformers)Proven track record with utility / EPC / distributor customersStrong understanding of U.S. power or electrical equipment market is highly preferredExperience in long-cycle B2B industrial sales and tender-based projectsExisting customer relationships in transformer or power equipment sector is a strong plusAbility to operate independently in a 0–1 market entry environmentBackground:China-headquartered transformer manufacturer with ~RMB 90 billion revenue, now actively expanding into the U.S. market with no existing local footprint.
