Senior Product Engineer

Job Title: Senior / Principal Product EngineerJob Type: Full-TimeWork Type: Newport Beach, California, United States (Onsite)Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer with a background in high-speed IC testing. This role will support the full product lifecycle—from new product introduction (NPI) through mass production—while working on advanced semiconductor products.Key Responsibilities:Lead the transition of new IC-based products from development to productionImprove product yield, quality, and overall performanceConduct qualification activities based on design requirementsDevelop characterization plans and write code to collect and analyze dataReview process data and define datasheet specifications and test limitsCollaborate with design and test teams to create production test strategiesPerform lab testing for new designs and early-stage samplesIdentify and resolve yield or production-related issuesSupport product qualification, reliability testing, and failure analysisRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 6+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, RF testing, or characterizationExperience with mixed-signal products and high-volume production environmentsBasic knowledge of hardware debugging techniquesProficiency in C++ and/or C# programmingHands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators (VNA/PNA)Understanding of basic statistical analysisStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environmentThis position offers a competitive salary, benefits, bonus, and equity.
