In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for technical support, helping employees stay productive, solving problems quickly, and ensuring a seamless in-office and remote experience.DescriptionEnd-User SupportProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via ticketing systems, Slack, email, and in-person interactionsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues across Mac and Windows environmentsDevice & User ManagementHandle hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance for employee devicesSupport onboarding and off-boarding, including account setup and MDM enrollmentMaintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and licensesOffice & Infrastructure SupportSupport conference room AV systems, shared devices, and office connectivityAssist with basic networking issues, including Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshootingSecurity & MaintenanceAssist with system updates, patching, and endpoint complianceFollow IT security best practices and escalate risks when identifiedCollaboration & DocumentationEscalate complex issues to the IT Manager and coordinate with external vendorsDocument processes, troubleshooting steps, and common resolutionsQualifications & Experience2–4 years of desktop or IT support experience in a professional environmentStrong knowledge of macOS and Windows 10/11Familiarity with Google Workspace, MDM tools, and ticketing systemsBasic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN)Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting hybrid or remote teamsFamiliarity with Aruba or Fortinet environmentsExposure to Azure AD or SSO platformsRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Google IT SupportKey Skills & AttributesStrong customer-service mindset and communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsReliable, proactive, and solutions-focusedBenefitsHealth, dental, and visionPTOSummer FridaysWellness and commuter benefitsWork with a fun, consultative team of expertsLocation - This role is Hybrid in San Diego with offices in New York City, Hamburg and BratislavaSalary: $85,000 - $105,000
