Bilingual Warehouse Quality Control Associate - 1st Shift

This role is responsible for inspecting corrugated displays and packaged product throughout the production process to ensure customer specifications, accuracy, and quality standards are consistently met.What You’ll Be DoingInspect in process and finished corrugated displays to ensure correct assembly, product placement, counts, labeling, and presentationVerify work against customer specifications, work orders, and display diagramsMonitor production lines to identify defects, inconsistencies, or process deviationsDocument quality findings accurately and maintain inspection recordsCommunicate corrections clearly to production employees and Line LeadsSupport immediate resolution of quality concerns to prevent rework or delaysTrack recurring quality issues and communicate trends to leadershipAssist with training employees on quality expectations and proper assembly methodsWork alongside production teams when needed to maintain workflow while ensuring standards are metEnsure safety procedures and operational guidelines are consistently followedWho We’re Looking ForBilingual in English and Spanish or Creole requiredPrior experience in quality control, inspection, or production environments preferredExperience working with packaging, assembly, kitting, or corrugated materials preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistenciesAbility to read work instructions, diagrams, or customer specificationsStrong communication skills and confidence providing feedback to production staffAbility to stand, walk, bend, and work on a production floor for extended periodsReliable transportation and consistent attendanceWhat You Can Expect$16.25/hrMonday - Friday, 6:45am - 3:30pmOccasional weekends based on production needsCompany DescriptionStaffBuildersHR is a recruiting and staffing company committed to providing an exceptional staffing experience for our clients by offering superior customer service and highly trained individuals.
