ATE Test Engineer

This role is on-site.Develop and debug RF/mmWave ATE test programs on Advantest V93000 (93K) using Smartest 8Design, bring up, and support RF/mmWave test hardware for wafer sort and final testExecute post-silicon bring-up, characterization, and silicon debugDefine and implement production test strategies for high-volume manufacturingTest RF/mmWave devices including LNAs, PAs, mixers, beamformers, and amplifiersPerform RF measurements: S-parameters, NF, P1dB, IM3, conversion gainAnalyze test data, yield trends, and coverage metricsDrive DFX / DFT and yield optimization improvementsProvide first-line production debug for qual failures and test escapesRelease and maintain production-ready test software and hardwareUse Python, Perl, C/C++, or Java for test automation and data analysisCollaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and manufacturing teams
