On-Site Project Manager

With 11 offices across Canada and the United States, it is our mission to create the leading North American Division 10 distribution company focused on exceptional customer service, competitive pricing and industry-leading expertise and project delivery.Looking for a new opportunity?We are currently hiring an On-Site Project Manager for a major project based in El Paso, Texas.The primary responsibilities of an On-Site Project Manager include:Coordinating material offloading, verifying deliveries against work order takeoffs, and organizing materials within the on-site staging/warehouse areaPlanning installation pathways and coordinating efficient execution based on site conditionsLeading pre-installation briefings with installation crew to align on scope, safety, and execution plansManaging third-party subcontract installers and maintaining strong on-site coordination throughout installationsMeeting regularly with general contractors to conduct safety briefings and ensure site complianceMonitoring installations in real time to ensure quality standards and adherence to project specificationsIdentifying and resolving deficiencies on the spot while maintaining a running punch list of outstanding itemsCapturing site progress through photos and maintaining consistent field documentationAttending and contributing to weekly meetings with GC project managers and key stakeholdersCoordinating site measures, product orders, and delivery schedulesResolving day-to-day challenges including delays, site conditions, and installation issues common in commercial constructionDaily communication and updates to Inter-Co Project Management & Sales TeamAs an On-Site Project Manager, you will operate in a highly hands-on role requiring a consistent presence near the job site, with a dedicated project office.Is this the right role for you?An eagerness to take ownership of field operations and grow within a leadership roleStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsProactive and direct communication skills in fast-paced environmentsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailInterest to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and schedule expectationsWhat You’ll Bring:3-5+ years of experience in construction field rolesExposure to large-scale commercial construction projectsSuperintendent or site leadership experience is strongly preferredExperience working with General Contractors is considered an assetBackground in wall protection would be considered an assetKnowledge of safety standards and certifications (OSHA or equivalent) would be considered an assetA valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicleWhy this role?Take the lead on a major, high-impact construction project with significant field responsibilityGain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, complex construction environmentLong-term opportunity with a stable and growing companyContinued project opportunities following completion of this buildWhy work for Inter-Co?End the workday early every Friday at 2:00pmGroup Health Benefits including medical, dental & visionEmployee Shared Purchase Plan with company matching401K plan with company matchingCompany Travel Incentive to visit other branch locationsPaid time-off between Christmas and New Years DayYou’ll be joining a rapidly growing fast-paced business with multiple locations across Canada and the United StatesThink you’d be a great fit?
