To support our growth, we’re seeking a Customer Data Specialist within the Global Customer Operation’s team. The Customer Data Specialist is responsible for the administration and tactical maintenance of data within the Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) module. The position requires the use of independent judgment to manage all assigned projects, daily tasks, and interpret and apply Entrust business practices and systems. This individual is also responsible for providing Entrust’s internal customers with a highly reliable experience and additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.ResponsibilitiesCustomer ExperienceAddress opportunities for process and/or system improvements to enhance the customer experienceServe as a liaison between customer and non-customer facing colleagues to ensure timely and appropriate transfer of information and response to inquiriesAccurately document inquiries and issues into proper databasesCollaborate with colleagues as needed to manage workloadMeet or exceed performance standards and metrics with a focus on quality, accuracy, timeliness, and effective communicationInstalled Base (IB)Manage and respond to all Installed Base requests sent to Customer Master including, but not limited to:Moving serial numbers or instances to different partner or direct accountsUpdating bill to or ship to site locations for serial number or instancesAdding and updating preferred service technicians tied to their respective regionsMoving serial numbers or instances to different end user accountsInactivate and expire instances as requested by service, contracts, or marketingCreate instances for items not in the installed base due to system errorsResearching serial number information for service or contracts as requestedCreate child instances for field upgraded productsMaintain integrity of the data that is entered into the Oracle Installed BaseInactivate, merge, and maintain all information in the Installed Base on an ongoing basis using the established processes and approvalsAct as subject matter expert on Installed Base for departmental projectsAdditional responsibilities as assigned by department managerQualificationsBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED and equivalent training, Associates Degree preferable2+ years of customer service experienceExperience in a service or manufacturing environment utilizing integrated business systemsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeSkilled in fast-paced, accurate data entryFamiliarity with Oracle EBS, specifically for trading community, order management, and installed baseFamiliarity with Salesforce.com or another CRM systemPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in BusinessExcellent verbal and written communicationAble to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating professional demeanor in all work-related interactionsSelf-motivated with the ability to execute multiple projects at once with high-quality outputExhibits agility and flexibility to adjust to changing demandsAbility to engage and interact with various teams with impact and influenceCustomer Service experience in a business-to-business environmentAt Entrust, we don’t just offer jobs – we offer career journeys. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience.
