Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for an Early Intervention Therapist. The therapist will assess developmental needs, design and implement individualized intervention plans, and provide direct therapeutic services to children aged 0-3 years. Duties include conducting evaluations, collaborating with families and caregivers, coordinating with other professionals, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires a passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development. Qualifications Knowledge in child development, early intervention strategies, and evidence-based therapeutic approachesSkills in assessment, evaluation, and creating individualized intervention plansStrong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teamsExperience with documentation, progress tracking, and maintaining compliance with regulationsAbility to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan AreaMaster's degree in EarlyChildhood Special EducationNew York State Initial and Professional Certification Students with Disabilities (Birth-2nd grade(or Permanent Special EducationExperience working with children ages 0-3 years is a plus
