Advisors operate as independent contractors, activated through a selective verification and approval process.Once Approved, Private Capital AdvisorsAdvise on fund formation, capital strategy, deal structuring, and operational executionMentor analysts and deal scouts, strengthening platform-wide execution qualityAccess curated deal flow, advisory engagements, and transaction-linked earning opportunitiesBuild a verified Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystemThis role is designed for senior professionals with demonstrated experience closing capital transactions, leading investment initiatives, or scaling operating platforms.What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)Approved Private Capital Advisors may be engaged to:Advise fund managers on fund formation, capital raising strategy, and LP positioningSupport deal sponsors on transaction structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategyProvide investment committee and pre-IC advisory supportMentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling standards, diligence execution, and deal processDeliver portfolio and operational advisory, including value creation and risk mitigationParticipate in curated investor, sponsor, and co-investor introductionsAdvisors focus on high-level strategic guidance and relationship-driven deal activation.
