Role: Adobe AEM DeveloperLocation: (Hybrid Work Model from any Nearest Client Office in USA)Duration: Long Term Contract (Only W2, No C2C/1099)Work Authorization: Only US Citizens or Green Card holdersJob Description:We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer III with strong full-stack engineering experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of our client-side data layer and Adobe Web SDK integration. In this role, you will define the data layer architecture, implement standardized tracking patterns across web properties, and translate business and product requirements into reliable, scalable customer experience measurement.You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, CMS teams, analytics engineers, product managers, marketing stakeholders, and platform teams to bring consistent instrumentation and data quality to production at scale. You'll play a key role in technical decision-making, implementation standards.Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of software development experienceExcellent communication skills and ability to lead technical initiatives across product, business, analytics, marketing, and engineering teamsProficiency in JavaScript, Python, GIT, NodeJS, and modern front-end development practicesDemonstrated full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end systemsHands-on experience implementing Adobe Web SDK (alloy.js) and client-side data layer patterns in production environmentsExperience with tag management concepts, event-driven analytics, and data governance for digital propertiesExperience optimizing web instrumentation for performance, reliability, and scaleSkilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business priorities and product roadmapsAbility to translate complex analytics and instrumentation concepts into clear requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholdersProactive ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability for deliverables, production quality, and issue resolutionThe person should be a strong team playerExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) component development and analytics instrumentation is an added advantageKnowledge of CMS platforms and content authoring workflows (AEM, headless CMS, or similar) is an added advantageExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for deployment, data processing, or analytics pipelines is an added advantage
