Come join us for the ride!Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to help grow new business initiatives at CarGurus. This person will have the unique opportunity to launch, manage, optimize and scale CarGurus strategic partnerships. The role will be highly cross-functional and a successful candidate will possess analytical horsepower as well as strong communication and organizational qualities. Please note: this is a contract position.What You'll DoSource, lead and nurture strategic partnerships that drive impact and help achieve business and product goalsNegotiate high-value contracts and build partnership agreements with third partiesDrive and develop market research and evaluate opportunities to inform our decisions to buy, build and partnerBuild influential relationships with leaders from companies throughout the automotive industryWork cross-functionally to launch, scale and optimize products through partnershipsConduct data driven analysis to support and promote value-added business decisionsSet, track and analyze key performance indicatorspresenting actionable insights and recommendations that drive us towards the best possible outcomeBuild business cases for partners and opportunities and present them to stakeholders to drive business decisionsWhat You'll Bring6+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years of related experience in partnerships, business development, corporate development or related fieldExperience owning new partner contracting from ideation through deal completion required including: contract negotiations, contract review & deal-buildingBachelor's degree requiredTrack-record of outstanding academic and professional achievementStrategic attitude with a history of developing impactful ideas and a high degree of personal integrityProactive, well-organized and detail-orientedExcellent analytical skillsetable to translate quantitative and qualitative inputs into actionable strategic directionAbility to effectively track and report on project goals, progress and resultsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsComfort working in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentComfortable working on undefined projectsPosition Pay Range$70$80 USDWorking at CarGurusWe reward our Gurus' curiosity and passion with best-in-class benefits and compensation, including equity for all employees, both when they start and as they continue to grow with us.
