Radiation Therapist - part-time (Culpeper) - No Experience Required

Participates in a variety of patient care and non-patient care duties involved in the planning and administration of radiation therapy to patients.+ Fabricates treatment aids and immobilization devices and performs simulation/AcQsim procedures.+ Collects analyzes and interprets data and performs quality checks.+ Performs radiation treatment delivery.+ Instructs students.+ Ensures patient and employee safety and communicates effectively.+ Participates in educational activities and staff meetings and ensures certification.+ In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS****Education:** Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program.**Experience:** No experience required.**Licensure:** American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) certification within 6 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to blood/body fluids and infectious disease.The starting base rate for this role is $37.47 hourly.
