Job Title: Construction InspectorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction inspection, concrete testing, and materials testing, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.Perform materials testing, including concrete inspection and testing, to guarantee the integrity and quality of construction materials.Utilize nuclear density gauges for accurate assessment of soil and pavement density.Document and report inspection findings and recommend corrective actions when necessary.Collaborate with construction teams to address and resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during inspections.Essential SkillsProficient in construction inspection and concrete testing.Experience with nuclear density gauge and construction materials testing.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsCertification or training in construction inspection is preferred.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.Work EnvironmentThe role involves working on various construction sites, requiring adherence to safety protocols and use of protective gear. The position may require travel to different locations, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. The work schedule may include standard and extended hours based on project needs.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxford, Pennsylvania.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
