The practice is dedicated to offering personalized orthodontic care to help patients achieve their dream smiles.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time role for an Orthodontic Assistant based in Issaquah, WA. The Orthodontic Assistant will provide chairside support during orthodontic procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments, educate patients on oral hygiene, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment. The role also involves working closely with the orthodontist and team to ensure excellent patient care and office efficiency.QualificationsProficiency in Dental Care, Dentistry, and OrthodonticsExperience with Sterilization protocols and maintaining a clean clinical environmentStrong skills in Dental Assisting, including chairside support during orthodontic proceduresExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient care and team collaborationBasic understanding of orthodontic technology, including digital X-rays and impression-less scanning, is a plusRegistered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential or equivalent education and licensureCurrent CPR certification is an advantage
