Summary: The Team Lead coordinates the daily operations of a subcontracted team.Supervisory Responsibilities: N/AFLSA Status: Non-ExemptWork from home eligible: NoEssential Job Responsibilities:Coordinate daily team activitiesDevelop additional leadership opportunities with Senior Team Lead and NEWS leadershipProvide direct, interactive support, instruction and trainingAttend periodic meetings with Senior Team Lead and/or NEWS leadershipCommunicate directly with Senior Team Lead, site contacts and other personnelTroubleshoot, report, or correct maintenance issuesSupport, coach, and model for employees to ensure tasks are performed according to customer specificationsPerform other related duties as necessary or assignedRequirementsEffective communication skillsAbility to assess and maintain multiple schedulesPassion for problem solving and designing solutionsEducation and Experience:High School diploma or GED preferred but not requiredExperience in guiding and overseeing a group of peoplePhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sustained activity including standing, walking (additional moving, navigating)Light lifting (2 - 20 lbs.)Salary Description
