Senior Technical Program ManagerOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)Overview:Oracle is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You'll partner with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver large technical programs from planning through execution while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.This is a highly collaborative role that requires someone who understands software development and cloud technologies but enjoys driving programs rather than writing code.Responsibilities:Lead large technical programs across multiple engineering teamsDrive project planning, execution, milestones, and deliveryManage risks, dependencies, priorities, and resource planningPartner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to keep projects on trackCoordinate incident response and help drive technical issue resolution when neededImprove processes, automate workflows, and implement best practicesProvide regular status updates and executive-level communicationSupport Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:8+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading enterprise software or cloud infrastructure projectsExperience managing complex cross-functional programs from planning through deliveryStrong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/SAFe)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Experience:Enterprise cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP)SaaS or distributed systemsData analysis and reportingBudget or financial planningPMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications
