Whether it’s a multi-day corporate summit, a luxury wedding, or a nonprofit gala, we take pride in going above and beyond - not just with gear, but with service, relationships, and heart.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for an AV Event & Production Manager who is responsible for delivering a high-level client experience while ensuring the accurate planning, coordination, and execution of all assigned events. This role bridges client services and operations, driving both revenue and client satisfaction through responsiveness, organization, and proactive communication.Core ResponsibilitiesClient Services & CommunicationRespond to all new client introductions from venues or upper management within 8 business hoursServe as the primary client contact from introduction through event executionMaintain consistent, proactive communication with clientsAct as the client’s advocate internally while aligning with company standards and capabilitiesSales & QuotingDevelop accurate, timely, and profitable quotes based on client needsProvide professional recommendations that enhance the client experience while protecting marginsEnsure all proposals are complete, clearly written, and operationally executableEvent Planning & CoordinationSchedule and coordinate walkthroughs with operations as requiredAttend walkthroughs, site tours, and pre-conference meetings per venue or client requestCommunicate all finalized event details clearly to the operations teamEnsure all event documentation is complete and up to date prior to executionOn-Site ExecutionRepresent the client’s interests during setup and executionBe onsite as required by event scope or client expectationsPartner with operations to ensure seamless executionAddress and resolve issues in real-time with professionalism and urgencyWho You AreYou have working knowledge of AV gear (audio, video, lighting, etc.) and are eager to keep learningYou enjoy working with people and understand the value of great hospitalityYou’re detail-oriented, organized, and great with follow-upYou’re a confident communicator and enjoy building relationshipsYou have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office required)Experience with Flex Rental Solutions and Social Tables is a plus, but we’ll teach the right person.Bonus if you have sales or account management experience in AV, events, or hospitalityA valid driver’s license is requiredWhy Wasatch AV?We’re a tight-knit team rooted in Park City, working with some of Utah’s most iconic venues and event partners.
