PFL is searching for motivated and hardworking Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the expedient and accurate handling of products inbound, internally, and outbound. Job Activities: Receive, inspect, and locate product throughout warehouse Practice diligent and thorough completion of tasks for optimal results Participates in inventory audit Fulfill requested picks Utilize templates when handling the Salesforce queue Prepare pallets for shipment Complete post shift cleanup duties Cross-train to assist other departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned Some of the skills you possess: Knowledge of inventory rotation and organization Able to handle a high volume of work with excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and process adherence Able to prioritize in a changing environment Evokes trust from others by keeping commitments and adhering to high ethical standards Proven ability to learn quickly, problem solve and work independently Demonstrated effectiveness working in a team environment Superb communication skills and responsive to clear and direct feedback Adheres to and champions company values Ability to quickly change tasks and retain positive attitude Ability to use math skills for problem solving and data interpretation Essential Functions Possess an intermediate level of technical proficiency to utilize internal and external software tools ensuring accurate inventory Adhere strictly to processes and thoroughly account for all inventory, ensuring accurate inventory levels, producing accurate picks, and minimal spoilage Strong understanding of forklift safety practices, continuously aware of work environment, and strict adherence to safety protocols Continuously aware of work environment and strict adherence to safety protocols Operate and maintain equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively while managing a high volume of work Perform physical tasks required for the Warehouse Associate position, including standing for 8–10-hour shifts, lifting and transporting objects weighting up-to 40 pounds, and executing a variety of functional movements such as grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, bending, stooping, and climbing Core Benefits: Affordable Health Benefits Package 401k with 4% employer match Employer Paid Long Term Disability Life Insurance Paid Parental Leave Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Nine Paid Holidays Subsidized Onsite Childcare The Details: Compensation starting at $20/hour, Full-time position.
