Prep scale drawings or architectural dsgns, using CAD s/ware like Autodesk AutoCAD. Meet w/ clients to review or discuss architectural drawings. Plan layouts of structural architectural projects. Conduct periodic on-site observations of construction work to monitor compliance w/ plans. Plan or dsgn structures such as residences, or other structural properties in accordance w/ environmental, safety, or other regulations. Create 3-dimensional or interactive representations of dsgns, using CAD s/ware like SketchUp Pro. 40 hrs; Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm. Salary: $75,150.00 - $75,500.00 /yr.
