This position is eligible for a $3,000 recruitment bonus. Current state employees are not eligible for recruitment payments upon transfer, demotion, or promotion to another agency.The Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility is a minimum custody, male facility that houses approximately 1150 incarcerated individuals. Our goal is to offer treatment, work, education and apprenticeship opportunities in order to prepare them for their entry back into the neighborhoods of Iowa.Shifts available:1. Primary PM Shift - 3:30PM-11:30PMCan provide relief on night shift - 11PM-9AMWeekend/Holiday rotation and days off as assigned2. Full time PM shift - Weekend/Holiday rotation and days off as assigned3.
