LHH is partnering with a financial services organization in Baltimore is seeking a Temporary Senior Recruiter to support full life cycle recruiting ASAP through Dec 2026. This role will be fully onsite, five days per week, and will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across a variety of corporate and operational roles.The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in full-cycle recruiting within financial services or similarly regulated industries.Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite, 5 days per week)Timeline: ASAP through Dec 2026, potential to extendPay Rate: $29–$40 per hour (based on experience)Industry: Financial ServicesKey ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordinationPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profilesSource candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databasesSchedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholdersMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATSEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processSupport reporting and recruiting metrics as neededAssist with additional HR or recruiting projects as assignedQualifications2+ years of recruiting experience (financial services or corporate recruiting preferred)Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work onsite in Baltimore, MD, 5 days per weekComfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
