Position Overview:Join a collaborative ENT team providing essential weekend call coverage and outpatient care. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of clinical and surgical work with comprehensive support and modern tools in place. ️ Clinical Details:• Practice Setting: Hospital + Clinic• Patient Mix: 90% Adult 10% Pediatric 15% Trauma• Practice Ratio: 40% Surgical 60% Non-Surgical• Clinic Volume: 15+ patients/day 1 5 surgeries/day• Hospital Volume: 1 3 admissions/day 1 2 surgeries/day• Team: 7 Physicians, 5 Mid-levels• Supervision: Yes APP/PA support provided during weekdays• Other ENTs Onsite: Yes Office & Equipment:• 4 Exam Rooms• 1 MA per provider (no RNs/LPNs)• Equipment: Rigid/Flexible Endoscopes, Telepacks, Microscopes• EMR: Epic (Clinic & Hospital)• Onsite: Lab & X-ray Required Procedures:• Endoscopic: Septal, Sinus, Laryngoscopy• Tracheotomy• Facial Reconstruction (fractures & lacerations only) Preferred Procedures:• Thyroidectomy Travel & Coverage Perks:• Unbeatable Pay • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Fully Covered by Us!
