Known for complex product liability, toxic tort, transportation, healthcare, and commercial litigation, they pair sophisticated work with a people-first, team-driven culture.Job DescriptionSupport medical malpractice defense attorneys from case inception through trialManage case timelines, workflows, and litigation project tracking to keep matters on scheduleDraft and format pleadings, motions, and discovery responsesCoordinate discovery organization and collaborate on record collection (including medical records)Review and summarize deposition transcripts and key case materialsIssue subpoenas and assist with tracking incoming records and productionCoordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trialsAssist with identifying, retaining, and coordinating expert witnessesPrepare trial exhibits, demonstratives, binders, and courtroom materialsServe as trial paralegal as needed (trials, ADR, depositions)Qualifications2+ years of complex litigation paralegal experiencePreferred: 1+ year supporting medical malpractice litigation mattersBachelors degree strongly preferredStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-throughConfident communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approachComfortable using document management and case management platformsWhy You Will Love Working HereYoull be trusted with meaningful work, treated like a key part of the litigation team, and supported by attorneys who value professionalism, collaboration, and doing things the right way.
