Ericsson also does not hire F-1's working on CPT or EAD for this position.About This OpportunityAs we expand our global distribution network, our current processes and tools need modernization. Currently, much of our distributor operations rely on spreadsheets and email, which creates administrative overhead, data inconsistencies, and delays that impact our ability to serve the channel effectively. This role addresses these challenges. The Distribution Operations Manager will identify inefficiencies in time, cost, and accuracy across our global distributor relationships, develop business cases for improvement, and implement solutions that modernize our operations. As we connect our systems directly with distribution partners, this position will lead business transformation, ensuring proper data flow and building an operational foundation that supports growth in both the 2-tier resell and carrier channels. This role will impact Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and strengthen our distributor partnerships worldwide.What You Will DoAnalyze and improve operational workflows between the company and its global distributor network across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regionsDevelop business cases for process improvement projects and advocate for internal funding and prioritizationManage approved initiatives from planning through implementation and measure outcomesDefine data sharing requirements between our Salesforce and D365 systems and distributor ERP/EDI environments, and partner with IT to execute these requirements while collaborating with Privacy, Compliance, and Legal teamsEstablish scalable, repeatable frameworks for business-to-business data connectivity as we transition from spreadsheet and email-based processesSkills You Will Bring3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations at a product manufacturer or technology companyTrack record of improving complex, multi-party operational workflows with measurable resultsExperience working within a 2-tier resell channel with understanding of how distributors, resellers, and manufacturers interact commercially and operationallyAbility to build business cases and influence senior stakeholders to prioritize operational investmentExperience navigating cross-functional projects involving Sales, IT, Finance, and Supply ChainWorking knowledge of Salesforce and D365 at a business/data level, with ability to define requirements and collaborate with IT teamsConceptual understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrationsAbility to operate globally and adapt to regional differences in distribution operationsStrong influencing skills, as this is an individual contributor role in a growing organizationPreferred: Experience in IT hardware, networking, cellular, or IoT device manufacturing; carrier or telecom channel experience; direct experience establishing distributor integrations or implementing new operational standards across a distributor networkWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
