Legacy Turkey has a full-time, benefits eligible, career opportunity in the role of Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Sales Support. This position serves as a key link between customers, the sales team, and plant operations. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring accurate order entry and fulfillment, coordinating with production and logistics, and delivering exceptional service to maintain strong customer relationships. The CSR plays a critical role in ensuring that customer expectations are met while aligning with production capabilities and company goals.Located in Melrose, MN, Legacy Turkey employs many people in a variety of roles with varying levels of expertise. We hire individuals with a strong work ethic who align with our core values.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as primary contact for customers and sales reps, ensuring timely and professional communicationProcess and manage customer orders accurately in ERP systemsCoordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping to meet customer needsMonitor order fulfillment and proactively resolve issues or delaysManage order changes, including adjustments, cancellations, and substitutionsCollaborate cross-functionally to support smooth order executionBuild strong customer relationships and handle inquiries or concernsMaintain accurate records and support reporting, forecasting, and demand planningThe ideal candidate we are seeking: High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of customer service, sales support, or order management experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused with a collaborative mindsetStrong problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and adaptable in dynamic environmentsExperience in food processing, agriculture, or manufacturing is preferredFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), preferredKnowledge of production scheduling or supply chain processes, preferredBenefits at Legacy Turkey:We are proud to offer a generous benefit package in addition to competitive compensation.
