Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in San Jose, CA. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance with inspection standards, and coordinating logistics. The Project Manager will serve as a point of communication between clients, project teams, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and schedulingExperience with Logistics Management, including resource allocation and supply chain coordinationProficiency in Expediting and Expeditor functions, such as tracking and managing project timelinesKnowledge and experience with Inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standardsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentFamiliarity with tenant improvement projects, clean room construction, or similar spaces is a plusBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
