The RoleThe Wholesale Director is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across domestic and international channels. This role leads the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, oversees key account relationships, and ensures alignment between sales and brand objectives. By leading sales strategy, strengthening key partnerships, and identifying new opportunities, the Sales Director directly impacts sell-through, profitability, and long-term business performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.8–10+ years of experience in fashion sales, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership or director role.Strong understanding of wholesale, retail, and/or e-commerce fashion sales.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Strong analytical and commercial acumen.Passion for fashion, trends, and consumer behavior.
