Plant Engineering Civil Specialist
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for technical and economic construction management activities to meet design and construction requirements.After the completion of construction, responsible for maintenance of the building and performing management work, such as building repairs and the extended or modified structure of the building, if required.[General Management]Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives and oversee development and achievement of them across the organization.Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.Develop architectural plans and associated projects in all stages: setting materials, finishes, techniques, methodologies, analyzing data and information, and developing technical financial feasibility studies.Meet all other requirements as assigned.MinimumQualifications & PreferencesMore than 2 years construction or engineering experience Experience with construction related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel) and AutoCAD.Bachelor's degree in construction management or related areaPreferredMore than 2 years construction or engineering experience in industrial field in the USExperience with industrial construction on owner side.Experience with industrial building maintenance on owner side.State approved license preferred.Competency BasedExcellent capabilities are required to proceed with the construction of the building and the maintenance of the building after completion of construction.Working with a TeamPlanning and OrganizingProblem SolvingCommunicationStrategic Thinking and MindsetWillingness for Transformational ChangesFlexibilityTravel RequirementDomestic / International travel required.TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
