The ideal candidate will have a love for cocktails and people and want to display a high level of hospitality at all times. We serve our full food menu at the bar as well as drinks. Familiarity with food service, steps of service required in addition to a depth of knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and basic wine/natural wine familiarity. We want your creativity to shine. Responsibilities: Mix cocktails accurately. Take drink orders and serve drinks to customers. Handle money with discretion. Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the bar. Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, create memorable guest experiences Maintain a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
