About the Job TIFLIS is an OTR Dry Van trucking company, and we are now hiring CDLA Dry Van Truck Drivers. Our fleet consists of 45 company-owned trucks, and we are known for achievable top-tier pay, quality equipment, reliable miles, and strong driver support. What We Pay .60 CPM + $200 Weekly Bonus for driving 3,500+ miles $2,300+ Guaranteed Weekly if you drive over 3,500 miles Average weekly pay: $2,300 (range: $1,700–$2,900) Payroll cycle: Monday 12pm – Monday 12pm/ Payday: Wednesday Layover & Breakdown Pay: $150 per day Detention: $25/hr after 2 hours Safety & Referral Bonus: $500 Home Time Policy 3 weeks OTR = 3 days home Flexible vacation time What We Provide 2023–2026 Kenworth T680 & Freightliner Cascadia trucks. Automatic only.
