Group Therapist (Full-Time)About the RoleAllendale Treatment is seeking a compassionate and skilled Group Therapist to provide high-quality care to adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This role is centered around facilitating impactful group therapy sessions, supporting recovery, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary clinical team in a structured inpatient setting.What You’ll DoFacilitate group therapy sessions focused on addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disordersConduct patient assessments and identify individualized treatment needsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as neededRespond to crisis situations, including suicide risk and de-escalationMaintain accurate and timely documentation (KIPU experience preferred)Collaborate with medical, nursing, and behavioral health teamsEnsure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and ethical care standardsParticipate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetingsWhat We’re Looking ForMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fieldActive Indiana licensure (LCAC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD)Experience in addiction treatment or mental health preferredStrong group facilitation, assessment, and crisis intervention skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesCPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Why Join Allendale Treatment100% employer-paid health insurance premiums (employee coverage)Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Supportive, collaborative clinical team environmentIf you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals on their recovery journey, we’d love to connect with you.
