Job Description Job Opportunity: School Speech-Language PathologistOur organization is looking for a dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver exceptional speech, language, and communication services to students within educational environments. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing student outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language needs.Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Provide both individual and group therapy sessions.Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and school teams to ensure cohesive support.Document student progress and maintain accurate records.Participate actively in IEP meetings to discuss student development.Support multi-tiered systems of support to enhance student learning.Qualifications and RequirementsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Experience working in educational settings is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Working ConditionsThis role will be situated within school settings, providing a dynamic and engaging environment for both the professional and the students.
