Capital Markets Analyst

At MG Properties, we focus on enriching lives – physically in our community buildings, philanthropically through giving back to our local communities, and through development and growth of our employees.The Capital Markets Analyst supports the execution and processing of multifamily commercial loan transactions across a broad range of capital sources, including Agency lenders (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, and CMBS lenders. This role plays a key part in coordinating underwriting, due diligence, lender communications, and closing activities for acquisition, refinance, supplemental, and portfolio financing transactions.The Analyst works closely with cross‑functional internal teams—including accounting, investor relations, asset management, property management, construction management, risk management, and systems support—to ensure transactions progress efficiently and accurately from origination through closing.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the underwriting and execution of multifamily loan transactions across multiple lender typesCoordinate due diligence materials and lender requirements throughout the transaction lifecycleAssist with lender communications and closing deliverablesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate financial, operational, and property‑level informationTrack transaction milestones, timelines, and documentation in a deadline‑driven environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, accounting, or a related field requiredStrong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work with sensitive and confidential financial information in business or financial analysis environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)Experience with, or willingness to learn, project management tools such as AsanaComfort using MS Copilot or other AI tools to support research, analysis, and process automationPrior experience in commercial real estate finance, capital markets, loan processing, asset management, or property operations is preferred but not requiredAbility to understand and analyze income statements, balance sheets, budgets, and rent rollsSelf‑starter with the ability to anticipate transaction needs, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentialityWillingness to learn lender‑specific requirements, loan structures, and capital markets terminologyCompensation and Benefits$70,304-$75k DOECompany profit sharingAccrues 10 days Paid time off per year10 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Personal Days per year40 Hours of Paid Sick Time401K with employer matchMedical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance ProgramLife InsuranceFlexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Spending Account
