At our company, your ideas matter, your hard work pays off, and your growth is our priority.What You Will DoLead the Frontline: Direct daily operations for a 100+ person team, overseeing the production of 500,000 units weekly while meeting all service commitments.Drive Quality & Safety: Enforce strict USDA, HACCP, and SQF standards to maintain a pristine, audit-ready environment and ensure maximum food safety.Develop Your Team: Mentor supervisors and frontline staff to foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous professional growth.Optimize Operations: Track metrics like yield and labor efficiency to identify bottlenecks and implement Lean improvements that reduce waste.Collaborate & Solve: Work with maintenance and supply chain teams to resolve root-cause issues and lead facility optimization projects.What You Need for This JobExperience: 5+ years of leadership in high-volume Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food manufacturing or large-scale commercial kitchensBackground: Expert knowledge of food safety regulations and experience managing large, diverse hourly workforces.Leadership: A hands-on manager who prefers being on the production floor coaching teams rather than sitting behind a deskCommunication: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to effectively lead and coordinate with our diverse staff.Bonus Points: Proven success implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives or Lean manufacturing workflows.
