MedSpa Channel Growth StrategyDefine and execute a national MedSpa expansion strategy to drive new account acquisition and revenue growthIdentify opportunities across independent MedSpas, regional groups, and enterprise chainsDevelop scalable approaches to penetrate priority markets2. Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Business Development ManagersEstablish KPIs, activity metrics, and accountability frameworksDrive a high-performance culture focused on new account openings and revenue deliveryConduct field rides and performance reviews3. Strategic & Chain Account DevelopmentOwn relationships with national and regional MedSpa chainsNegotiate and secure enterprise-level partnershipsDevelop customized sell-in strategies and programsIdentify co-branding opportunities4. New Business DevelopmentProspect, pitch, and close high-value MedSpa opportunitiesBuild and manage a strong pipelinePartner with marketing and education teams5. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Marketing, Education, and Commercial teamsSupport product launches and MedSpa-specific programs6. Performance Management & AnalyticsOwn forecasting, budgeting, and reportingAnalyze sales performance and market trendsTranslate insights into actionable plans7.
