As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and managing the sales cycle. You will actively engage with new and existing clients, provide exceptional customer service, and work with a team to achieve sales goals. Additionally, you will foster relationships with customers and insurance providers to ensure a smooth and personalized experience.QualificationsProficiency in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of various Insurance productsExperience in Customer Service with an emphasis on client interaction and satisfactionKnowledge of Insurance Brokerage practices and Health Insurance productsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsCapacity for building and maintaining customer relationshipsPrevious experience in insurance sales and a valid insurance license in the state of Iowa are highly advantageous
