Senior Project Manager
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support enterprise initiatives within the PMO. This individual will lead coordination, communication, and execution across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational priorities.This role is heavily focused on stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination, with the opportunity to support a variety of technology and business initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teamsServe as the central point of contact for stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teamsDrive clear and consistent communication across business and technical groupsDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestonesIdentify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependenciesFacilitate meetings, status updates, and executive reportingEnsure alignment across multiple workstreams and agenciesTrack deliverables and hold teams accountable to commitmentsSupport PMO governance processes, standards, and reportingRequired Qualifications5–10+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills (most critical)Experience coordinating across multiple teams and organizationsProven ability to manage complex, fast-moving initiativesExperience working within or alongside a PMO structureStrong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in state/local government or public sector environmentsExposure to IT or technology-related projectsFamiliarity with PMO governance, reporting, and portfolio managementExperience working with vendors or system integratorsPMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications (nice to have, not required)About Us:At Brooksource, relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
