The CommonSpirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the CommonSpirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.Enterprise Pool 1:Base rate ($18.00-26.08/hr) + $1.50/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials1 facility preferred location/closest to homeAt least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units.Enterprise Pool 2:Base rate ($18.00-26.08/hr) + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentialsAssigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location.
